Product Description

ID511 weighing controller, with high precision, high reliability communication interface, to meet the complex and demanding industrial weighing control needs, suitable for weighing measurement display, dose control, fixed value control and other chemical dangerous occasions.

Supports three mounting modes: panel, dust-proof and explosion-proof.

Dust - and explosion-proof models support a 7-bit 1-inch (25.4mm high) green or red LED display with 10 status indicators. Panel type supports a 7-bit 0.56 inch (character height 14.2mm) color or red LED display with 10 status indicators.

150000 High display accuracy, 6000eCMC measurement certification accuracy 200Hz A/D sampling speed, 200 times/second fixed value comparison speed 5-level dynamic digital filtering, high vibration dynamic filtering.

Basic configuration: RS232, RS485, optional fieldbus output module, to achieve seamless connection with PLC and process control system.

With weightless digital calibration function, to solve the problem of large bunker calibration.
